IPL Skin Treatments

Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, aka photofacial, is a way to improve the colour and texture of your skin without surgery. It can undo some of the visible damage caused by sun exposure – called photoaging. You may notice it mostly on your face, neck, hands, or chest. IPL uses light energy to target a certain colour in your skin.
When the skin is heated, your body gets rid of the unwanted cells, and that gets rid of the thing you’re being treated for. Unlike lasers, an IPL device sends out more than one wavelength of pulsating light. It can treat a range of skin conditions at the same time.
After IPL, you may look younger because your skin tone is more even. And since the light doesn’t hurt other tissue, you can get better quickly.
It is a non-invasive, virtually pain-free procedure that creates enough thermal effect to induce collagen remodelling with no ablative thermal damage in the epidermis or dermis. The Diamond Polar hand piece is powered by the patented (MP)² technology, which combines Multi-Polar Radio Frequency and Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields.
Nano Fractional (Skin Resurfacing) is a non-surgical treatment that uses NanoFractional Radio Frequency to deliver heat through the skin’s surface. This creates micro-dermal wounds that stimulate fibroblasts and rebuild collagen, reducing skin damage and textural irregularities.
The TriBella™ facial treatment is a three-in-one therapy that combines photofacial, anti-aging, and skin resurfacing to improve skin tone, elasticity, and texture

The Venus Versa AC Dual Applicator utilizes Intense Pulsed Light technology to deliver direct bursts of blue and red light onto targeted areas of the skin. Both the blue and the red light have acne fighting capabilities. The blue light targets and eliminates the acne causing bacteria, while the longer wavelength of the red light significantly reduces inflammation on the targeted area. SmartPulse Technology embedded in the applicator ensures precise and consistent energy delivery that is maintained throughout the course of the treatment. The real-time cooling feature detects the applicator temperature to maintain safety and comfort.
Powered by Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology, Venus Versa™ photofacial treatments can effectively reduce the appearance of spider veins. Targeting pigment under the skin’s surface, within the vein itself, these photofacial treatments deliver thermal (heat) energy, causing superficial spider veins to contract, scar over, and fade. With a customized plan, photofacial treatments may be adapted to suit your needs, whether you’re treating spider veins on the legs or vascular marks on the face. Because spider veins are linked to blood flow, new ones may pop up or treated veins may appear to “return.” For this reason, maintenance treatments may be required. Your treatment provider will provide more insight into a recommended treatment plan to meet your long-term aesthetic needs.
Skin tags are a collection of blood vessels and collagen that typically grow within the folds of your skin.
They are generally small in size but some can grow to be a few centimetres. They can be smooth, grainy, or wrinkly and usually develop in the folds of your skin in areas such as the neck, the eyelids, the armpits, the thighs and just under your breasts. They can also develop on other areas of the body.
Skin tag removal is a quick and simple procedure, that lasts under 30 minutes. Most skin tags are quite small and don’t require anesthesia to be removed. If your skin tag is larger or if you have multiple skin tags, your doctor may administer local anesthesia so that your experience is painless.
Skin tag removal requires minimal downtime. You will be able to return to work and your regular activities immediately following your procedure.
Skin tags, once removed, should not come back in the treated area, although you can develop subsequent skin tags on other areas of the body.
